When you want to purchase the specific
products, you just have to click on "Add to cart" option, which
is at the bottom and right side of each item depending on which page you
are in. You can always remove or change the quantity of the products from
your shopping cart, you can go to your shopping cart page by clicking
on the “View Cart” menu on the top right corner of the web
page or by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” button at top

We have currently divided our customers
in two sub-divisions according to their difference in geographical location,
payment modes and payment options: International Customers (Residing outside Nepal): We accept the payment from our international customers in the following ways depending upon the customer's preference, Credit Card: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do our payment processing through Verisigns' PayflowPro on which your transaction will be 100% secure and safe. And your all data are transferred in 128-bit encryption mode. Hence, you can be assured of a secured and safe online transaction. Cheque: In this method you just have to mail your cheque at the address we provide during the final payment page. Please allow few days to a week to get your cheque deposited at the bank for your delivery to be at your specified time. Local Customers (Ordering from Nepal): We accept the payment from our local customers in the following ways depending upon the customer's preference, Cash on Delivery: This payment method is valid only for customers residing within Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. During this process, the payment is accepted in cash when the ordered products are delivered if the ordering person and the recipient are the same. If the ordering person wants to order for their desired recipient rather than own, then in such case the ordering person will be contacted first for payment and after the payment the ordered products will be delivered to their desired recipients. Local Credit Card: This payment method is also valid only for customers residing within Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. In this option the cardholders' signature is mandatory when the goods are delivered. If the ordering person wants to order for their desired recipient rather than own, In such case the ordering person will be contacted first for signature and here after the ordered products will be delivered to their desired recipient. We accept all VISA, MasterCard and Himalayan Bank Card valid in Nepal and India. |

The checking out process consists
of following steps and during browsing these pages you will also find
the helpful and important guidelines in every page along with special
instructions. Please read carefully and follow the instruction given in
the proceeding pages during visiting these pages. Shopping cart After you have added your desired products in the shopping cart which you wish to purchase and when you want to Check Out or view the contents of the cart, you have to follow the "Shopping Cart" Section. This section allows you to modify/delete the chosen products. You can also change the quantities of the products. In this section you can also choose 'Delivery Confirmation Picture', this offer is only valid for orders within Kathmandu valley. After making changes click "recalculate" to see the final transaction. When done, continue to Step 2. Choose Recipient In this step, your recipient address will be displayed on the list, if there is no recipient it will redirect you to the new recipient form. Please fill the form or choose the recipient from the list displayed. You can also add/edit your new/existing recipient from your recipient address book. If you have a new recipient other than those who are enlisted in your address book, you can click on 'Add another address' to add new recipients to your address book. After you have selected the recipient details you will be asked to choose delivery date from the drop down menu just below the recipient details. When done, continue to Step 3. Gift Wrap Options In this step, you can include greeting card in your shopping cart and the option for wrapping, we have two options one as free and other as premium in which your items will be specially wrapped, and in the case of free wrapping we simply wrap the items in a wrapping paper and your message will be printed in a small note paper. When done, continue to Step 4. Final Review In this step, you can revise/edit before proceeding to the payment pages. In this page, you can also add special instructions for us regarding your order and delivery process. After finalizing, click on 'Continue' by choosing your preferred payment option. Final Page: Payment Pages As depending on the payment options you choosed it will redirect you to the different payment pages. For payment through International Credit Card, it will take you to credit card payment page where you have to enter your credit card details as specified and your card will be processed at the meantime by Verisign PayflowPro processor, and you will be notify whether your order has been accepted or declined. And as for other payment options it will take you to the respective payment pages. After confirmation, you will be redirected to your "My Account" page where you can view your transaction status as well as its details. |

Since we have a wide range of products
in our website and it just happens that you are looking for some specific
products and you are not sure about the category in which you could find
your desired product. In such cases or other similar cases where you have
to make a search for your desired products. Then you can give the name
of your desired products in the “Search Box” located on the
left hand side of the web page and search for your desired products. If you still can’t find your desired products or if your desired products is not listed in the website then you can request your desired products by providing the necessary information regarding the products like their model number, products brand and product type or any other details regarding your desired products in the “Just Request” option on the left hand side of the website below the “Main Categories” menu. For this click on the “Just Request” image and you will be taken to a page where you have to fill in the necessary information and finally click continue button. Then we will get back to you with the information that you have requested us as soon as we receive your request. |

Yes, you can include greeting cards
on your orders. You can add greeting cards to your order in the “Gift
Wrap” page after the completion of shipping options during the checkout
process. In this page you will find various greeting cards along with
their respective occasions. Just choose your desired greeting card, enter
your card message in the “Card Message” Box, choose your gift
wrap option and click continue to go to the payment page. |

Email Confirmation: You will receive the confirmation about your order while it is in process and after it has been delivered to the email address that you have provided us. SMS Confirmation: Now our customers from around the globe can receive their delivery confirmation on their mobile sets through SMS for free. Just they have to insert mobile number properly on their profile, for example: “9779851005947”, “country code” “mobile number” without any symbols and 0 at the initial. Our SMS service is available in more than 180 Countries but we do not guarantee as it depends on Nepal Telecom limitations. |

You can find out the status of your
order by checking the “My Account” page of our website which
you can visit by clicking the “My Account” menu in the top
middle portion of the web page. In “My Account” page, you can also make changes in your personal information, change passwords, create/edit your recipient address book, and check your transactions. You can create address book of your desired recipients and contacts in the address book option available in the “My Account” menu. Also you can change or update your personal information like your contact number, address details e.t.c. You can also check your recent or previous transaction on this menu. And for the orders placed before 30 days, can be check at “my history”. |

We offer two ranges of packaging: Free (Normal): This type of packaging does not carry any charges. In this type of packaging, the gift product will be packed on a simple wrapping paper. Please note that some product will be excluded from being packaged such as cakes, flowers and oversized products. Premium: For an additional fee of US$ 0.58, this type of packaging will be packed in an attractive wrapping paper with a flower or ribbons where appropriate. For delivery within Kathmandu, Bhaktapur
and Lalitpur, We provide free delivery for the orders above US$ 34.90
and US$ 2.91 extra for order size below it.
For delivery outside Kathmandu valley, delivery charges are based on the weight, volume and nature of the product as well as the destination of delivery. Delivery charge includes insurance as well. If any recipient decided to pick up the gifts by themselves for their convinience, We will not be able to refund the delivery charges on such case. |

| What are the Order Cancellation and Return Policy? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Cancellation: You may cancel your order by promptly sending us an email at info@shophbds.com within 12 hrs before the date you have specified for the delivery. You will have to inform us about your cancellation before we process your order. In such cases you will be charged 5% of your total amount in case of credit card payment and for other modes of payment we do not charge if cancellation made on time. This is done just to cover our credit card processing charges and not as a penalty to our valued customers. Return or Exchange: You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Shopnbds.com within 24-48 hrs of delivery for a full refund with a cash voucher of same worth so that your recipient can shop their desired products any time in our department store. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to exchange your items you can do so with our wide range of products available at all sections of our department store. Please note that this cash voucher is valid only in our department store and we do not entertain exchange on perishable products like cakes, sweets, flowers e.t.c unless in case of damage or unavailability. Delivery Charges: If any recipient decided to pick up the gifts at our office for their convinience, We will not be able to refund the delivery charges on such case. Also, Delivery picture charge is not refundable if recipient decided not to take one. |
